The Walk! My name's Jamie Hayward, I'm 18 and I'm Asthmatic. Despite this, Ive managed to remain a fit and healthy teenager but now I figured it was my turn to give something back! ASTHMA UK are a charity organisation that specialise in...you guessed it...Asthma. They provide support to help anyone, young or old, that suffers from Asthma and are always researching new ways to alleviate the symptoms of the condition. So...to highlight how being asthmatic doesn't mean the end to any kind of active life, I intend to spend the early summer walking the 1000km of Coast Path following the South West Peninsula. This route will take me from Minehead in Somerset, through North Devon, into Cornwall and around Lands End before I head through South Cornwall, South Devon and finally into Dorset where I finish at South Haven Point, Poole. I really hope any of you guys reading this will support my cause and although I expect to walk the path on my own, if anyone fancies keeping me company for a stretch, the support would be most welcome!

The ItineraryHeres the list of where and when Ill be going! As of yet my start date is unconfirmed but I will update once I know! All overnights are approximate as they depend on where I can set up camp! ( and how my body's holding up!)
